Payment Conditions

Your course is confirmed when we receive your downpayment of 200,00 euro - or the total amount of the course - by:
    • 1) Bank transfer (Account name: INSTITUTO ALHAMBRA, Account nº: 2100-1873-11-0200054484 , Bank name: LA CAIXA , Avda. Juan Sebastian Elcano 162, 29017 Malaga, Spain (Swift/bic:CAIXESBB) (IBAN:ES3021001873110200054484));
    • 2) Bankers cheque by registered mail to Instituto Internacional Alhambra, Box 665, 29080 Malaga, Spain (please take notice that we don’t accept personal cheques);
    • 3) Credit card (sending us your Visa or Mastercard information in order to pay for your programme, clearly indicating the exact amount that you are authorizing us to charge).
  • The downpayment of E200,- will be deducted from the total amount. The total amount must be paid (upon receipt of the invoice), at the latest, 2 WEEKS BEFORE the beginning of your course, either by Bank transfer, Bankers cheque or Credit card.

    Make sure that all the transfer costs are covered by your bank, otherwise we will not receive the total amount of the invoice, since transfer costs will be deducted.

    In order to avoid difficulties with the transfer, we kindly ask you to send us a copy of your money order. It is important that you mention the invoice number and name on your money order or on the bankers cheques.

  • CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
    No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made 5 weeks before arrival;
    • For cancellations made prior to 3 weeks before the course, we will refund all fees paid minus 100,00 euro;
    • For cancellations made 3 weeks or less before the course, we will refund all fees paid minus 200,00 euro;
    • On or after the first day of the course, the fees become non-refundable;
    • All refunds will have an administration charge of 10% (a minimum of 30 euro);
    • Instituto Internacional Alhambra can not be held responsible for cancellations due to force major, health or personal problems.
    • All students who wish to cancel their programme (course and/or accomodation) prior to their arrival should notify Instituto Internacional Alhambra in writing by fax, letter or telegram. Cancellations not received by one of the three previously mentioned reasons will not be accepted.
