Alhambra Instituto

Since January 2005 Alhambra Instituto has formed a part of the Network of Cervantes Institute Accredited Centres. An accredited centre is a teaching institution which the Instituto Cervantes has expressly recognised as a centre which offers a high level of quality in all the services it provides, in accordance with the requirements and conditions established by the Instituto Cervantes itself, which means that it meets all quality requirements for teaching Spanish to foreigners as well as legal requisites to do this teaching and has sufficient resources to meet the most high standard of teaching, with a staff and team of highly qualified and trained teachers.

It is also confirmed that Alhambra Institute has an Educational Plan to ensure the necessary progress of students, with a maximum of 10 students per class. It also ensures that the school's advertising is consistent with the truth of what the school offers, indicating the cost of tuition and supplementary services.

fedeleFEDELE

The Spanish Federation of Schools of Spanish for Foreigners (FEDELE) has a federal structure and is made up of six Associations of Spanish Schools for Foreigners. Each of these associations has its own legal characteristics, although there are common guidelines, a code of ethics for daily operations and monitored quality standards that apply to all.
The quality controls are a very serious and trustworthy guarantee for students as well as for the agents that work with our schools.  In line with this concern for quality, FEDELE has drawn up internal guidelines which are described in the LETTER OF QUALITY.  This letter commits all schools to upholding certain standards in each of the services they offer (installations, teaching staff, programs, lodging, reception, activities, insurance, etc.).

Besides the aforementioned letter, FEDELE has formulated a declaration of Students’ Rights and Duties and has set up the figure of the Student’s Ombudsman, an institution that is aware of the complaints that a student may have.
